How to make your collagen hot chocolate
1 cup organic raw milk
½ cup filtered boiling water
1 Tbsp organic cacao powder
1 tsp organic raw honey
⅛ tsp shilajit
- Boil water.
- Heat the milk on the stove until the desired temperature.
- Combine cacao powder, collagen powder and shilajit.
- Add the boiling water to the powder mixture and stir until combined.
- Add honey to the mixture, stir until dissolved.
- Once your milk reaches the desired temperature, add to the mixture and stir until combined.
- Add more honey if desired.
