Keto Buddha Bowls, they’re the answer to quick and easy, keto-friendly mid-week meals.
Seriously, they’re so easy to make and you can use whatever you have in the fridge, meaning you can so easily reduce your food waste!
I live off Buddha Bowls so I thought I’d share some keto buddha bowl recipes with you so you don’t have to sift through however many websites to find them!

As a lover of the Buddha Bowl, I have to say that Poke bowls are my absolute favourite!
They originate from Hawaii and have a Japanese influence. They’re traditionally made with raw fish but you can use any protein you want.
